How long does shipping take? +

Our bikes are made to order and ship directly from our manufacturer partners. Delivery to the US typically takes 4–6 weeks via international freight — and shipping is always free. You'll receive full shipment tracking once your order dispatches. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available — contact us for details and pricing.

What's your return policy? +

30-day full refund, no questions asked. We also cover the return shipping cost — so if you don't love the bike, you're not out a cent. Competitors charge 15–30% restocking fees and make you eat the return shipping. We don't.

Are these bikes street legal? +

Yes. Our electric commuter bikes are EEC/DOT certified and come equipped with the required lights, mirrors, horn, and reflectors. They're registerable and rideable on public roads. Certification details are listed on each product page.

What warranty do the bikes come with? +

Every motorcycle comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, email motovolt@polsia.app and we'll handle it directly — no runaround.

Do I need a license to ride? +

It depends on your state. Most states require at minimum a valid driver's license for EEC-certified electric motorcycles on public roads. Some states have a specific motorcycle endorsement requirement. Requirements vary by motor wattage and top speed — we're building a state-by-state guide, but when in doubt, check your DMV website or email us.
